La Monarca Bakery's Oaxaca Reserve coffee beans are directly sourced from co-ops in the mountains of Oaxaca, Mexico. It’s medium roasted in small batches every week for a balanced taste and maximum freshness. Our Mexican coffee is organic, single origin, and fair trade certified. Our partnership with our co-op suppliers helps provide living wages and supports farming communities in Oaxaca that have been devastated by pests, crop diseases, and climate change. READY TO BREW – Comes as a 12 oz bag of whole coffee beans. Grind and brew as you would regular coffee, using an auto drip or french press.
